Chardonnay

De Loach 2010 Alexander Valley Aromas of ripe asian pear and warm apple pie are woven with layers of pineapple upside-down cake. Nutmeg brown spice and traces of coconut complement the lush vanilla-cream palate, an acid edge lifts the structure for a brilliant finish. 

Clos Du Bois 2009, Russian River. Brilliant silver, straw yellow in color, it explodes with scents of Mandarin citrus, ripe pear and lime, with jasmine and spice overtones. Bright and juicy, with refreshing flavors of ripe pear and citrus.

Taft Street 2008, Russian River. The wine shows graceful notes of tropical melon on a juicy backdrop that stays lively through the finish.

Pinot Gris

Balletto Pinot Gris 2009, Russian River.This pale-straw colored wine opens with musky and exotic fresh fig and floral honey tones. The secondary aromas reveal ripe red apple, melon and lemon.

Taft Street Pinot Gris 2010, Russian River. This is a fragrant and refreshing wine with hints of peach and citrus. the wine has great clarity and focus, and finishes cleanly

Sauvignon Blanc

Rodney Strong Sauvignon Blanc 2010, Sonoma County. Light, crisp, & highly aromatic, with a ripe pear and melon character. Russian River fruit offers citrus, mineral, and traditional herbaceous qualities.

Kenwood Sauvignon Blanc 2010, Sonoma. Grassy characteristics to the wine, with impact from melon and tropical fruit flavors. Flavorful aromas of lemongrass, papaya and jasmine. A fresh and crisp finish.

Hook & Ladder Gewurztraminer2009 Russian River, Sonoma. Vibrant aromas of honeydew & grapefruit, an elegant mix of melon & soft green apple flavors pair with faint notes of lemon drop candy & a long ruby-red grapefruit finish and a slight note of sweetness. A perfect pair with spicy cuisine.

Pinot Noir

Francis Ford Coppola Votre Santé 2010. This pinot noir offers a light, elegant texture, which is perfect for pairing with food. Intriguing aromatics reminiscent of incense, cinnamon, and tea leaves are followed by bright, lively flavors of red cherries, raspberries, cranberries, earthy minerals, and cloves. The wine is vibrant and well-balanced, with a lengthy, flavorful finish. 

Balletto 2010, Russian River. Floral aromas of rose petals intertwined with spice components of ginger, dusty earth and a hint of vanilla. Aromas of raspberry andcassis form the core of the wine, & create a long, delicious finish. 

Taft Street 2008, Russian River. Elegant, delicate and medium bodied, the wine has concentrated and complex flavors, which are maintained through the finish. 

Wild Hog 2008, Sonoma Coast There are hints of dark fruit, cinnamon, and cloves on the nose. Black raspberry enhances the heady aromas. Smooth, rich, round and creamy, finishing with a good acid balance and smooth tannins. 

Woodenhead 2007, Russian River Valley. Ripe raspberries, chamomile, violets & pennyroyal on the nose. Raspberries infuse the palate, along with the flavors of brandied cherries, rhubarb pie and damp earth. The finish lingers, with slightly tart notes of pomegranates & stone fruits. The tannins are soft and finely grained & the acidity is food-friendly.

Cabernet

De Loach 2009, Russian River. Enticing scents of cedar, cassis and oregano. These aromas, married together with maple and red cherry on the palate, provide for a full bodied, well balanced wine that evolves in the glass.

Geyser Peak 2006, Alexander Valley. A dense Ruby Color & expressive aromas of Black Cherry & Blackberry fruits complimented by notes of pepper, white chocolate & vanilla, combining fruit & spice. Perfect with the Sirloin.

Chateau StJean 2009, Napa. Inviting aromas of blackberry, black tea and hints of leather. The wine is concentrated and structured with a ripe fruit core of dark berry fruit. The palate is round and full and leads to a lingering finish.

Merlot

Rodney Strong 2008, Russian River Plum and blueberry flavors with a touch of dried herb predominate in this soft, rich, mouth filling merlot, and are enhanced by aging in small oak barrels for a toasty, spicy vanilla character, and a lingering berry-cream finish.

Chateau StJean 2007 Napa. Aromas of sweet black cherry, cola and clove. These bright fruit characters mingle with notes of blackberry and chocolate. The wine is round and dense with polished tannins. 

Zinfandel

Francis Ford Coppola 2008, Directors Cut.  Geyserville Concentrated flavors of fruit jam, chocolate and vanilla. Deep, rich layers of blueberries, raspberries, dark chocolate & mint, along with a lingering vanilla caramel finish

Rodney Strong 2007, Knotty Vines. Fresh, bright berry fruit combined with ripe peppery jamminess make for wonderful diversity of flavor. Aging for 10 months in French and American oak enhances the zinfandel’s inherent spicy qualities. 

Wild Hog 2007, Sonoma Coast You will find blackberries and plums, in the mouth. It has great structure, round mouth feel, and smooth finish. The weather extremes make this wine complex and fruit-driven.  

Woodenhead 2007 Guido Venturi This dark ruby Zin has a classic nose of sage, violets and dark plums. On the palate, the flavors of bing cherries, plums and currants dominate, leading to a lingering finish that is framed in finely grained, slightly peppery tannins and new leather.   

Syrah & Blends

Wild Hog 2006 Petite Sirah, Sonoma Coast Full-bodied and round, with ripe flavors. Deep dark fruit-bing cherry and blackberry, chocolate and a hint of smoke. Smooth with gentile tannins, this is a Petite Sirah to drink now and enjoy. Big, bold, and wonderfully balanced. Delicious!
